Mark IAW Mil-Std-130k, Dated 15 Jan 00. Configuration Control Applies. Origin Inspection Required. Technical Data Package Availability: DSCR Does Not Currently Have An Approved Technical Data Package Available For This NSN. Please Do Not Submit Request To DSCR-VABA. I/A/W Drawing Nr 13873, Qap-007, Basic Dtd 04/10/03. Requirement is an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year and four (4) option years. The solicitation issue date is June 5, 2003 and the solicitation closing date is July 7, 2003. FOB: Origin; Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. Pricing will be based on the estimated annual demand quantities of 50 each for the base year and 56 each for each option year. DSCR intends to award as a firm-fixed price type contract. Surge quantity requirements do not apply for this PR. Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB) or Internet Quoting Services (IQS) proposals are unacceptable. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
