- Amendment 0004 to F13DOR30620100 The following changes are being made to combined synopsis/solicitation reference number F13DOR30620100. These changes are being made to incorporate DFARS Trade Agreement Act clauses and provisions and remove DFAR Buy American Act and Balance of Payments Program references ***The following clause is being removed: DFARS 252.225-7001 Buy American Act and Balance of Payments Program; The following provision is being removed: DFARS 252.225-7000, Buy American Act--Balance of Payments Program Certificate. ***The following clause is being added: DFAR 252.225-7021 Trade Agreements; The following provisions are being added: DFAR 252.225-7020, Trade Agreement Certificate, DFAR 252.225-7002 Qualifying Country Sources as Subcontractors ***All offerors shall submit the following: 1) Quotation which addresses all Line Items separately, do not lump line items together; 2) Description of commercial warranty; and 3) A completed copy of the provisions at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, DFAR 252.212-7000, Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Item, and DFAR 252.225-7020, Trade Agreements Certificate; which may be downloaded at http://farsite.hill.af.mil/VFDFARA.HTM. All quotes should be sent to ACC CONS/LGCB, 130 Douglas Street Suite 401, Langley AFB VA 23665-2791 or Faxed to: (757) 764-9695. Submission shall be received by 11:30 a.m. eastern time on May 22, 2003. Based on requirements of DFAR 252.225-7021, Trade Agreements; multiple awards may be made for this requirement although a single award is preferred. *Ensure your quote addresses all line items with a unit price and extended total price and does not lump line items together, i.e. total for container and shipping included into one line item. * All other terms and conditions of this requirement remain unchanged.
