- Description
- WR-ALC/LYKB is contemplating the award of a 5-yr IDIQ contract for the acquisition of spare parts applicable to JTIDS and MIDS. Anticipated amount of contract is $50 million. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 and 10 USC 2304(c)(1). Applicable items will be screened and restricted by Acquisition Method Codes (AMC) to those procured directly from the actual manufacturer or vendor, including the prime contractor who is the actual manufacturer (AMC codes 3, 4, & 5). This purchase is restricted to the following source: Data Link Solutions (081U3). Anticipated solicitation issue date: 11 June 03. Please see notes 22 & 26.
