- SPAWARSYSCEN Charleston, (SSCC), is tasked by multiple Department of Defense (DoD) and other Agencies to function as the Command, Control, Communications, Computer Intelligence (C4I) Integration Program Manager in execution of shore and shipboard integration programs. In support of the DoD Community it is necessary to provide for evolutionary integration of numerous new and existing C4ISR systems supporting multiple warfighting, manpower, and logistics missions for Navy, Joint Coalition and Allied Forces Commanders at all levels. Responsibilities include C4I system design, acquisition, integration, test and Life Cycle support development to SSCC that will be used to define, design, develop, test, integrate, and provide installation support for the delivery of C4I systems to the Warfighter.
