Description

Operational Contracting, US Air Force Academy intends to award a sole source purchase order utilizing simplified acquisition procedures to Electromagnetic Techniques for the following services: Basic modeling and simulation research into electromagnetic scattering. This service is being acquired for the Department of Electrical Engineering, HQ USAFA/DFEE. Supplies and/or services are available from only one responsible source. No other type of supply or service will satisfy agency requirements. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to meet this requirement. This Notice of Intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. If no response is received by May 28, 4:30PM, MDT, to the effect that comparable supplies and/or services are available that would be more advantageous to the Government than obtaining these supplies and or services though a sole source procurement with Electromagnetic Techniques a sole source award will be made.
