Description

NA The Directorate of Contracting, Fort Drum, NY, is issuing a Sources Sought under Request for Quotations (RFQ) DABJ17-03-T-0047 for Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon Services for the Fort Drum Dental Activity. The resulting contract will be for one base perfo rmance year and four option years. Services will be performed on a regular basis at the Fort Drum Dental Clinic, but the capability to perform at an area hospital facility will be necessary. The contract will be a personal services type for 2000 hours ea ch year. The synopsis is issued to establish if there are additional potential sources interested in this acquisition. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 621210, with a small business size standard of $6.0 million. Individ uals or businesses interested in this requirement are requested to complete the market survey requirements at the Directorate of Contracting??????s Home Page at http://www.drum.army.mil/garrison/director/spcl/dircon/service.htm Hard copies of the survey w ill not be available. The survey is to be completed in its entirety. Respondents must demonstrate the ability to perform OMS services. The due date for responses to the market survey is 4:00 PM EST, June 4, 2003. Only those responses submitted through the Fort Drum market survey procedures discussed in this synopsis will be accepted. Individual responses will be treated as proprietary.
