Description

NA SOURCES SOUGHT: This Sources Sought Notice is seeking small businesses that have the capability to perform the requirement outlined below. The Government intends to award a fixed-price contract consisting of potentially a six months base and 3 -12 month option periods. This requirement is performance based. Interested sources are encouraged to submit documentation outlining their level of capability for the areas as follows: a. Operate, integrate and maintain support of the DTOD Web software applications, COTS product and other software and data extracts developed to support interfaced systems. b. Operate and maintain of the DTOD development/test servers. c. Perform acceptance testing of new software releases issued by the COTS vendor, to include patch and version testing. d. Provide technical support for systems interfaced with DTOD, including assistance in developing interface agreements and technical guidance in implementing the interfaces. e. Recommend and implement product improvements to the DTOD Web Site and interfacing system applications that enable customers to become more self sufficient, streamline operations, and/or reduce costs. f. Analyze and resolve problems and action requests reported by DTOD customers via the web. g. Other support activities, such as extracting, analyzing, and providing distance information reports for special studies. Due to time delay in obtaining clearances, sources are required to demonstrate proof of security clearances at SECRET level for proposed personnel at time of award.
