Description

NA TRANSMITTER, LIQUID; NSN: 6680-01-123-7726, P/N: 145ES004-4, 49 each with two 100% Options, applicable to the CH-47 Aircraft. Intended source is Boeing Company, Route 291 & Stewart Ave., Ridley Park, PA 19078-1099 (CAGE 77272). F.O.B. Origin with deliv ery to XU DEF Dist Depot San Joaquin Transportation Officer, Stockton, CA 95296-0130, Texarkana, TX., Receiving Bldg. 499, 10th Street & K Avenue, Texarkana, TX 75507-5000, and DDSP New Cumberland Facility, Building Mission Door 113 134, New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001. Required delivery is 49 each 210 DACA. Existing unique design capability, engineering skills, and manufacturing knowledge by the qualified source(s) require acquisition of the part from the actual manufacturer. This part must be acquired fr om a manufacturing source(s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current version of DOD-STD-100. Suitable technical data, Government data rights, or manufacturing knowledge are not available to permit acquisition from other sources, nor qualification testing of another part, nor use of a second source part the intended application. Although, by DOD-STD-100 definition, alternate and selected items shall have an adequate technical data package, data review discloses that required data or data rights are not in Government possession and cannot be economically obtained. This acquisition contains technical data whose export is restricted by the Arms Export Control Act (Title 22, USC., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) or the Export Administ ration Act (Title 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) Executive Order 121470. This information cannot be released outside the United States Without Prior Approval of the Government. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the agenc y. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation, however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above.
