- TFTP-MN-03-R-0001, National Customer Services Center Commercial Activities Study, Kansas City, Missouri May 22, 2003 Continued STANDARD FORM 30 (Rev. 10-83) Solicitation Number: TFTP-MN-03-R-0001 a. The purpose of this amendment is to provide revisions and updates to the Request for Proposal (RFP), change the closing date for the RFP, and incorporate the questions and answers from the site visit. b. The closing date for the RFP has been changed from 3:00 May 29, 2003 to 3:00 July 1, 2003. c. Paragraphs (a)(1) and (2) in Clause 52.219-1 in Section K have been revised as follows: (a)(1) The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 561210. (2) The small business size standard is $6.0 Million. d. Paragraph 6.5 in Section L has been revised as follows: 6.5 Oral Presentation Content. The Oral Presentation slide package must be structured to provide an overview of the following (all of which will be included in the 60-minute limit): e. Section M Dated April 16, 2003 is deleted and replaced with a revised Section M Dated 22 May, 2003 at attachment 1. f. The following has been added to Paragraph 1.6.3 in Section C.1: 1.6.3.3 Site Manager The Service provider shall provide a full-time on-site manager who will be responsible for the administration, supervision, and coordination of its operation with the Government. The Site Manager shall have experience in supervision, quality control, and administration within a customer service and call center environment of comparable (or larger) size, scope, and complexity to the NCSC. The Service Provide shall provide an alternate on-site manager when the full-time on-site manager is not available. g. The following has been added to Paragraph 2.2 Terminology in Section C.2: Extended Direct Deliver Program (EDD). A GSA/FSS program that broadens commercial product offerings to customers worldwide. h. The following has been added to Paragraph 2.3 Acronyms in Section C.2: EDD Extended Direct Delivery i. The following has been added to Section C.5.1: The Expanded Direct Delivery (EDD) Program is a vendor direct delivery program that broadens commercial product offerings to customers worldwide. This program services credit card, Fedstrip and Milstrip customers." j. Technical Exhibit 1-001, Performance Requirements Summary, has been revised and is at Attachment 2. k.
