Description

SFO#1NC0154 HAS BEEN MODIFIED TO READ: ?The General Services Administration (GSA) is interested in leasing approximately 19,800 rentable square feet of space. The rentable space shall yield 17,217 ANSI/BOMA Office Area (previously Usable) square feet, available for use by tenant for personnel, furnishings, and equipment. Refer to the "ANSI/BOMA Office Area Square Feet" paragraph in the MISCELLANEOUS section of this Solicitation for Offers (SFO). SFO internal space requirements are revised to reflect the above modifications to individual rooms.? ?Offers are due by June 18, 2003 and shall remain open until lease award.? Modification to SFO includes ?Any new lease construction must maintain a minimum 50? standoff distance from the constructed facility unless waived by the Contracting Officer.? All other sections of the SFO remain unchanged.
