Description: The purpose of this notice is to clarify conflicting information posted in FedBizOpps for IFB No. EMB-2003-B-0016. A001 was issued to extend the due date for the receipt of bids and to address questions/answers as a result of the site visit. There have been three (3) modification notices posted in FedBizOpps to the original Pre-Solicitation Notice posted on March 10, 2003. The information contained in the modifications should have been issued as amendments to the IFB rather than modifications to the pre-solicitation notice. A002 will be issued to provide clarification and pertinent information necessary for potential bidders.
