This acquisition is for the following item(s). Item 0001 NSN: 5998-01-463-9472 SO, P/N: A06G3373-4, NOUN: Circuit Card Assembly, item(s) applicable to the AC-130U aircraft. FUNC: Audio amplifier for the Intercomm System (secure) transmit card, Dim: 10.75X5.5, MAT: Unknown. The basic quantity is 1 each. There will be a Basic Year Option for a quantity of 1-4 each. Estimated Total Quantity is five (5) each. No technical data is available. Destination: Robins AFB GA 31098, Delivery is 1 each March 2004. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation. See WEB page at http://www.fedbizops.gov/. This Requirement is sole source to Technical And Management Services Corp. (TAMSCO), Cage 0WA70. Justification: One or a Limited Number of Responsible Sources, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. All potential offerors should contact the buyer/PCO identified above for additional information and or to communicate concerns, if any, concerning this acquisition. If the contracting officer does not satisfy your concerns, an Ombudsman has been appointed to hear serious concerns that are not resolved through established channels. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or the contracting officer, but to communicate serious contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate governmental personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to the source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals or in the source selection process.
