Description

NA The Southern Region Contracting Agency intends to solicit and negotiate for Secure Audio Bridge must include the following: Provide a 12 port Voice Conferencing Switch (Brand name IGX or equal), with connections for 12 STE-R Connections. Expandable to 16 STE Connections. 12ea STE-R will be GFE. Provide an ISDN Switch/IMUX (Brand name Access Switch or equal), capable of terminating a minimum of 2 ISDN PRI Circuits, with all necessary circuit cards to support connection of 16 ISDN BRI output connections. Pro vide all necessary cards, cables, connectors, and adapters to connect and interface the above equipment. Provide a standard 19 inch rack system (one or two racks) with a minimum of a 2200 VA 120v 3wire UPS system, to mount above equipment and 12 STE-R tel ephones. Rack should have room for the later addition of 4 more STE-R devices. STE-R??????s should be mounted in such a way as to make insertion of KOV-14 Key easy, either by direct access from outside the rack, or through the use of sliding shelves. Eng ineering and integration of rack mount equipment may be performed off site. Installation and testing above equipment will be at HQ USARC, Ft McPherson GA. Provide on-site Training for 5 Students for both the Conferencing Switch, and ISDN Switch. Provide W arranty for all non-GFE equipment to include next day parts and with Premier Warranty Support including Next Day parts. Provide on-site Maintenance, and Operations Support. GFE Items will include: 1 ea ISDN PRI, 12 ea STE Telephones, 120v 3 wire AC Power . Site visit is scheduled for 03 June 2003 at 1000 hrs.
