Description

NA THE GOVERNMENT IS SEEKING HUBZONE CERTIFIED CONTRACTORS CAPABLE MEETING THE REQUIREMENTS OF A FIRM-FIXED PRICED CONTRACT WITH A BASE AND FOUR OPTION YEARS TO PROVIDE OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE SERVICES TO DALE HOLLOW LAKE, TN FOR THE CORPS OF ENGINEERS. Wor k shall consist of furnishing all necessary management, supervision, inspection, personnel, materials, supplies, tools, parts, fuel, equipment, vehicles and transportation to perform the following work: operation of facilities, buildings and systems, mowin g, cleaning services, sealing and striping, maintenance of landscaped areas, herbicide application, dumpster service, marking and painting boundary lines, janitorial services, beach and playground maintenance, maintenance of navigation aids, park attendant services, very limited construction and a variety of other services associated with the operation of the water resource project at Dale Hollow Lake, Celina, Tennessee. Dale Hollow Lake is located on the Obey River, 100 miles east of Nashville, Tennessee and 30 miles north of Cookeville, Tennessee in Clay, Overton, Fentress and Pickett Counties of Tennessee, and Clinton and Cumberland Counties of Kentucky. This will be a Performance Based Contract under NAICS code 561210, BASE MAINTENANCE. All interested firms must be registered in the Central Contract Register.
