- This is a modification to the synopsis entitled Reduced Gravity Program which was posted on April 9, 2003. You are notified that the following answer is provided in response to a question received from a potential source: May a response to the Request for Information be sent electronically? Yes. The telephone number of receiving facsimile equipment is 281-483-4066. Please call 281-483-9027 to insure that someone is able to receive the facsimile prior to sending. If any portion of a facsimile received by the Contracting Officer is unreadable to the degree that conformance to the essential requirements of the RFI cannot be ascertained from the document, the Contracting Officer will notify the responder and permit the responder to resubmit the response; The responder shall also mail an original signed copy of the response to the Contracting Officer at address shown above. The due date for responses is not extended. Documents related to this procurement are available over the Internet and are in Microsoft Office 97 format and will reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WWW browser application.
