- Description
- The United States Department of Agriculture, Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) intends to conduct a direct conversion with cost comparison with NISH, designated to represent Javits-Wagner-O'Day (JWOD) participating nonprofit agenices serving people with severe disabilities other than blindness, in accordance with FAR 8.7, Acquisition from Nonprofit Agencies Employing People Who are Blind or Severely Disabled. NRCS' further assessment of NISH's capabilities to fulfill the anticipated contract requirements has concluded that NISH is appropriate as a FAR mandatory source of service. In accordance with FAR 5.202, no further requests for information or notices of proposed contract actions will be made in regards to NRCS-CS03-IL-03P.
