Bids will be received until 3:00 p.m., Local Time, on June 20, 2003 in the office of the Purchasing Department, Bldg. 2435, at the EARLE C. CLEMENTS JOB CORPS ACADEMY, 2302 U.S. HWY 60 E. MORGANFIELD, KENTUCKY 42437, FOR THE FOLLOWING ITEMS: 1. MEDICAL WASTE DISPOSAL; 2. LINEN SERVICE; 3. BAKERY GOODS; 4. DAIRY PRODUCTS; 5. PEST CONTROL; 6. WELDING GASES; 7. SHEETS & PILLOWCASES/LAUNDRY; 8. LAB TESTING SERVICES & SUPPLIES 9. HAZARDOUS WASTE DISPOSAL/TESTING; 10. BI-WEEKLY TRASH/WASTE DISPOSAL; 11. PROFESSIONAL OCULAR CARE ? EXAM; 12. OPTICAL SUPPLIES / LENSES & FRAMES; 13. DISH MACHINE SUPPLIES TO INCLUDE MAINTENANCE; 14. PREPACKED DITTY BAGS; The required bidding documents may be picked up or requested from the office of the Purchasing Manager, Bldg. 2435, on or after May 30, 2003. Bids must be received by 3:00 p.m., Local Time, on June 20, 2003. Interested parties are to determine their offer(s) based on specifications. This agreement may be canceled by either party by providing written notice on intent to cancel to the other party thirty (30) days prior to the effective date of cancellation. EARLE C. CLEMENTS JOB CORPS ACADEMY reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive informalities in the bidding.
