Description

Furnish all plant, labor, equipment, and materials necessary to accomplish Project MIN 03-0024, ?Replace HVAC, LAN Shop ? 546? at Minot AFB ND, in accordance with specifications and drawings. Work consists of: replace computer room air conditioner; minor ductwork required; removal of condenser from rooftop and removal of an abandoned humidifier; installation of new condenser; new electrical wiring and refrigerant piping is required to install the condenser; a concrete slab (approx. 8? x 15?) will be poured to a connecting sidewalk along with a support pad for the condenser. No Ozone Depleting Certification (ODC) required. Work is 10 % general, 70 % mechanical and 20 % electrical. Period of performance is 120 calendar days. Project magnitude is $25,000 to $100,000. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238220 and the annual size standard is $12,000,000. This solicitation will be issued as full and open. The complete package will be made available only through the Internet at http://www.eps.gov/ on or about 13 June 2003. Copies will not be mailed. All amendments will be posted on the same site.
