Description: Training is to be conducted at HQ CAP-USAF, Maxwell AFB, Alabamba. Training will be for approximately two or three days in July. The exact dates and number of days will be mutually determined, however, training must be completed before 31 July 2003. Training is to include permanent reference materials for a maximum of 30 personnel. An attorney who has specific experience with, or knowledge of Federal Grants and/or Cooperative Agreements must conduct training, and the training must incorporate AF CAP program specific learning objectives.
