Description

TPS-75(V) proposals will be solicited for services for which the Government intends negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302. The action will result in an Firm-Fixed-Price contract for Type 1 Special Training services supporting the Taiwan Air Force (TAF) on the TPS-75V Radar System. The contractor will be required to develop, prepare and present three courses of instruction including Operational and Intermediate (O&I)Level Maintenance, Depot Level Maintenance, and Electronic Warfare Operations), for training of operator and maintenance technicians of the TAF in support of developing the capability to operate and maintain the TPS-75(V) Radar system at the Operational, Intermediate and Depot levels. Training shall include classroom and OJT instruction and will be conducted both in CONUS at the contractor?s facility and in Taiwan. Contractor will be responsible for housing and transportation of students to and from airport and training facility only during CONUS training. Training will be conducted starting, NLT 29 Sep 03. Technical data is not available and cannot be obtained. All interested parties possessing training capabilities and experience for this requirement may submit a proposal for consideration. Award is anticipated by 30 Aug 03
