Description

The Air Force intends to issue a solicitation for real estate management at Vandenberg AFB, California, on or around 19 Jun 03. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform effective real property management and administration of the Real Estate Management Office for Vandenberg Air Force Base. The proposed period of performance includes a 30-day Phase-In (1-30 Sep 2003); Basic Year (1 Oct 2003 - 30 Sep 2004); and four (4) one-year option periods, extending the contract through 30 Sep 2008. Award is contemplated as 100% Small Business Set-Aside; NAICS code is 561210, Size Standard is $6.0M in average annual gross receipts. Services will be procured pursuant to the requirements in FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. The RFP will be posted via the Internet at www.eps.gov. Interested parties must obtain copies of the RFP from the Internet; no copies will be mailed. Telephone requests will not be honored.
