- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, F04626-03-Q-0015, is issued as a request for quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 01-07 and Defense DCN 04-26. The solicitation listed here is 100% small business set aside. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is 5340. The associated Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 1793. The North American Industry Classification System is 235920 and the associated business size standard is $11,500,000. If two (2) or more responsive, responsible and technically acceptable small businesses respond, this acquisition will be 100% set-aside for small business, if not, it will be unrestricted. This request for quotation consists of the following: Item 0001: One (1) Double door 88 in x 96 in, One (1) Single door 36 in x 84 in, One (1) Single door 44 in x 96 in. All doors to have bronze frames with exposed rods, tempered LowE insulated glass in upper half with glazeguard panels in lower half; Item 0002: Twenty-one (21) 41 in x 64 in XO bronze sliders glazed with LowE insulated glass with 16 in black tempered picture window on top to match existing windows. Tempered glass windows where required. Item(s) shall be delivered and installed at Bldg. 1205, 730 E. Street, Travis AFB, CA 94535 no later than 30 days after receipt of order. The following provisions and or clauses apply to this acquisition. Offerors must comply with all instruction contained in FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial. FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation-Commercial Items, paragraph (a) to this provision is completed as follows: Evaluation factors shall be price alone. FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representation and Certification-Commercial Items, a completed copy of this provision shall be submitted with the offer. Quotes without this provision will not be considered for an award.
