Description

NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are be ing requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The requirement is for one (1) Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) Spectrometer with basic broadband system which includes Magnet System, NMR Shim System, NMR Probe capable of variable temperature operation from minus 100 Deg.C. To plus 150 Deg.C., magnet console and preamplifiers, spectrometer system, data system (Linux O.S.), Comprehensive Delta FT-NMR Software, macro programming language, on-site customer training, and in-place delivery, setup, a nd installation; also include auto sample changer and anti-vibration platform for 300 and 400 magnets and isolation pads. This notice is issued unrestricted NAICS Code 334516. The solicitation is issued and may be referenced DABJ05-03-T-0483 as a request for quotation (RFQ). Delivery point is Edgewood Area of Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. Offerors must submit a proposed delivery schedule for the requested requirement. Offerors must include a completed copy of the provision at Clause 52.212-3, Offeror Re presentations and Certifications??????Commercial Items. Applicable Clauses to this solicitation are 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions??????Commercial Items, Clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and conditions Required to Implement Statues or Executive Or ders??????Commercial Items. In accordance with Part 13.106, a description of the relative importance of evaluation factors is not required.
