Description

NA The Army requires publication and distribution of a Civilian Enterprise Newspaper for Fort Stewart and Hunter Army Airfield, Georgia. The Contractor shall be required to distribute est 18,000 copies weekly. The revenue which the Contractor receives from the sale of advertisements in the newspaper shall be made constitute full payment to the contractor. Delivery shall be made to varoius locations on Fort Stewart and Hunter Army Airfield and surrounding locations. The contract period shall commence 1Janua ry 1, 2004 and continue for one year with four additional one year option periods. All responsible publication and distribution business concerns may submit a proposal which will be considered. The NAICS code is 51110. The size standard is 500 employees. T his solicitation will be posted on or about June 26, 2003. This solicitation will be posted on the internet only. No hard copies will be available.
