Description

NA The United States Army Yuma Proving Ground (USAYPG), Yuma, AZ intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with GeoViz.com, 6528 Greenleaf Avenue, Suite 200, Whittier, CA 90601 on an other than full and open competition basis. This contract will be for th e procurement of one (1) Each, GVXD Server 1.0, GeoViz GeoSpatial Collaboration System Web centric correlated CTDB/OFLT Terrain. GeoViz retains proprietary rights for these commercial off the shelf upgrades that will allow the Government the capability of an updated web-based distribution and geospatial collaboration system. Interested parties may submit technical literature showing their capability of meeting the Government's requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. See Note 22, with the exception that the time period for receipt of proposals for consideration is 10 days instead of 45 days.
