NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are b eing requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation DAHA4303Q0003 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-13. This procurement is a total small business set-aside. The NAICS code and small business size standard for this procurement are 3345115 and 500 employees respectively. The quoter must state in their quotation their size for this procurement. USPFO for VT, VT-PFO-PC, 789 VT National Guard Rd, Colchester VT 05446, has a Firm Fixed Price requiremen t for: Frequency Agile Communications Test Set. Single, portable, self-contained communications instrument. A microprocessor controlled, digitally synthesized communications service monitor that combines numerous different test instruments into a single , compact unit. Test set must be compatible with current US Military Tactical and International Military Communication Systems. Minimum frequency range coverage is 500 kHz to 1 GHz. Item identified by Part Number TS-4317. NSN: 6625-01-309-2825. Equal s are acceptable. If offering an equal, specifications must be submitted with the quote.
