Description

NA DESC: 1005-01-091-7510, Part Number 9324931, The item to procure is a Blank Ammo Firing Attachment for used on the M2 Machine Gun. The attachment consists of a Guide Assembly, Support Assembly, Chamber, three Spacers, two wire rope assemblies and various hardware. Requirements will be a 5 year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) with a guaranteed minimum quantity of 1,500. The solicitation is as a Small Business Set-Aside, FOB Destination. Estimated issue date is 23 Jun 2003 and the above list ed response dates is only an estimate. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102, therefore, hardcopies will not be provided. Vendors wishing an electronic copy may download it on or after the issue date by ac cessing the following address via the internet: https://aais.ria.army.mil/aais/SOLINFO/index.htm. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fa ct unable to maintain a bidders mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above internet address in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to resp ond to them prior to the date and time set for bid opening/receipt of proposals may render your bid or proposal nonresponsive and result in the rejection of same.
