- NA This project is 100 percent set-aside for the Small Business HUBZONE program. Offers will be accepted only from those firms registered in the SBA HUBZONE program. This building is an approximate 4200 SF one story facility with no basement. It shall consis t of a concrete foundation and floor slab, masonry and metal stud walls, and sloping metal roof on metal roof trusses. The functional areas of the building shall include administrative offices, team rooms, training/conference area, and shower/locker/latri ne area. The site work shall consist of utilities, parking, and site improvements. This project will be a request for proposal that will be evaluated using the Tradeoff Process as described in FAR 15.101-1 and not necessarily awarded on low price. The ev aluated factors will consist of (in descending order of importance) (1) Experience and (2) Past Performance. The evaluation factors other than cost or price, when combined, are approximately equal to cost or price. This project is available by downloadin g from the Internet only. The project specification files are Portable Document Format (PDF) files and can be viewed, navigated, or printed using Adobe Acrobat Reader. The drawing files are in CAL format and can be viewed, navigated, or printed using Sou rce View Reader. Both readers are contained in the solicitation package. Minimum system requirements are 486-based personal computer, Microsoft Windows 3.1 or greater and 8 MB application RAM.
