Description

Solicitation N00421-03-R- 0118 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The government intends to purchase as an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity on a firm-fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed contract on a sole source basis with Formation, Inc., 121 Whittendale Drive, Bldg. 1 Moorestown, NJ 08057-1373 for the procurement of AIR 02 Digital Audio Data Recorder (DADR) system component sets required to support connectivity for the Battle Control Center-Experimental (BCC-X). Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all proposals received by 12 June 2003. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
