- SOLE SOURCE: The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center (FISC) San Diego, intends to issue a sole source purchase order to Eastman Kodak Company for the purchase of Kodak Professional Portra 160VC Film, 35 mm x 400 ft rolls. The requirement is for 72 rolls each of the film. It has been determined that Kodak is the original manufacturer of this film product for which there is substantial lead time. All responsible sources may submit an offer and if timely, will be considered.
