Duct Cleaning for various HVAC & exhaust systems in the Byron Rogers Court House, 1961 Stout St., Denver, CO. This will be a commercial items contract with offerors evaluated using best value to the Government based on the evaluation factors of past performance, experience and price. Performance is 30 days. Approximate issue date of proposal is May 28, 2003 with proposals due June 19, 2003. The proposal will only be available in electronic format and may be obtained from www.FedBizOpps.gov. The date of the site visit and location to meet will be noted on the solicitation. Proposals must be submitted in hard copy, electronic submissions will not be accepted.
