Description: The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) intends to negotiate on a sole-source basis with SOPRIS West, Breckenridge, CO to provide instructional material and training specific to the needs of DoDEA's school psychologists and speech therapists on "The Emerging Role of the School Psychologist and Speech/Language Therapist" and implementing the Presidential initiative, No Child Left Behind (NCLB).
