Description

Provide all labor, material, equipment, transportation, and supervision required to perform the repainting of taxiway and parking apron lines at USCG Support Center Elizabeth City, NC. Work includes but is not limited to (1) remove unrequired faded taxiway and parking apron markings and obsolete markings; (2) Remove existing parking apron markings and paint new markings; (3) Repaint all taxiway markings and lines on taxiways A, B, C, D, F & G in accordance with Federal Aviation Administration Standards for Airport Markings AC No.: 150/5340-1H; and (4) This is an active airfield. FOD generated shall be minimized and removed immediately. The NAICS is 234110 (SIC Code 1611) size standard $28.5M. This procurement is a small business set-aside. The estimated range is $25,000 - $100,000. Period of Performance is 30 calendar days from NTP. The contractor must have a minimum of five years experience with runway painting to be eligible for award. The Due Date for Quotes will be annotated on the Solicitation (SF-1442) when issued. A Bid Bond is not required. A Plan Holders or Bidders List is NOT available. NO TELEPHONE REQUESTS. All relevant solicitation documents, including specifications and drawings (if applicable) shall be available for download exclusively from the Internet o/a 06/12/03, by accessing the U.S. Coast Guard Civil Engineering Unit Cleveland website at http://www.eps.gov . Results will not be made available. However, the awardee will only be available at FEDBIZOPPS ? www.eps.gov.
