Description

Comments are requested on the DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS) for an OMB Circular A-76 Study of Geological Analysis Services currently being performed by the U.S. Department of Agriculture, Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS). Refer to the Sources Sought Notice, posted in Federal Business Opportunities on March 17, 2003, under solicitaiton number NHQ-03-005. This is a DRAFT PWS and should not be construed as a committment by the Government to issue a FORMAL RFP, RFQ, or contract. The DRAFT PWS is available for download from the Federal Business Opportunity website at www.fedbizopps.gov. This synposis is not a request for proposals and in no way obligates the Government to award any contract. This DRAFT PWS is open for comment until 11:59 P.M., Pacific Standard Time, June 19, 2003. Please submit all comments by e-mail only to steve.latimer@ca.usda.gov. All e-mailed responses must provide the return e-mail address, mailing address, telephone number, and facsimile (fax) number in the body of the response. Telephone responses will not be accepted. NO SOLICITATION EXISTS AT THIS TIME. It is also the responsibility of the respondent to monitor this site for the release of any solicitation, synposis, or related documents.
