P RON: AX3Q0192AX, NSN: 1615-01-185-8932, PN: 406-312-103-101, 160 each, applicable to the OH-58 D Airframe. F.O.B. Destination with deliveries to Texarkana, TX 75507-5000. This item is restricted to Bell Helicopter Textron Inc., 600 E. Hurst Blvd, Hurst, TX 76053, Cage Code 97499 and New Hampshire Ball Bearings, 155 Lexington Drive, Laconia NH 03246-2993, Cage Code 15860, because the government physically does not have in its possession sufficient, accurate or legible data to purchase this part from other than the current source(s). Production Lead-time with First Article Testing is 160 each, 180 Days After Contract Award (DACA). Production Lead-time without First Article Testing is 160 each, 120 DACA. Production Lead-time with Alternate II Clause is 160 each, 150 DACA. Firms that can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitation by accessing the website ww.redstone.army.mil/c mo/ and looking under SAR information. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Foreign firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition.
