Description: 17. For the Environmental Monitoring and Operator Guidance System the Strategic Systems Programs (SSP) requires an electronics package kit for a Wavescan Bouy. Oceanor of Trondheim Norway is the only source for replacement parts for the Wavescan Bouy. SSP intends to issue a purchase order to Oceanor for this requirement. See Note 22. PR. No. 312043240/BM
