Description

The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) is requesting quotations from vendors interested in providing brand name Motorola batteries #NTN 4595DR (400 units) and Motorola radio cases #NTN 5578-A Ultra High (171 units). The simplified acquisition procedures set forth in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) parts 12 and 13 shall be used. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation. This notice constitutes the only solicitation; a written request for quotation will not be issued. Delivery terms are F.O.B. destination with all freight included in the delivered price to BEP loading dock at ?D? Street, between 13th & 14th Streets, S.W., Washington, D.C. 20228-0001. The resulting purchase order shall be a firm fixed price order. Award shall be made to the responsible; technically acceptable bidder who is lowest in price. All interested businesses are requested to submit a written quotation via email or fax to jill.kline@bep.treas.gov or fax 202-874-2200, which will be considered by the agency. Quotations may be made on company letterhead and shall contain the following information: RFQ number, the proposed unit price, proposed extended price, prompt payment discount terms that may apply, company name, address, point of contact, phone and fax numbers, tax identification number, DUNs number, size status (i.e. small business, large business, women owned, disadvantaged business). If this item is available under GSA schedule please provide the schedule number as well as CLIN information. Quotations are due on 05 June 2003 by 2:00 pm Eastern Standard time. Quotations may be faxed to Ms. Jill Kline, 202-874-2200 or emailed to jill.kline@bep.treas.gov.
