- Solicitation Number SP0450-03-R-3352, LTC03084010217, NSN 6840-01-431-3357, Insecticide. Anticipate a FFP Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with EPA Provisions, RFP, Other than Full and Open Competition, Commercial for Insect Lamsda, Zeneca Cage 0X6X4. P/N: Demand Pestab, EPA Reg. No. 10182-387, Unit Plastic Container Contains 40 Each (Tablets) each Tablet shall be Foil Sealed. This Solicitation will result in an IQC for One (1) Year with an Option to Extend the Terms for Four (4) Additional Years. Est. Annual Quantity is 1,232 CO, FOB Origin for Line 0001, (DVDs), FOB Destination for Stock Locations, (Lines 0002, 0003) AQ5), Tracy, CA Depot Shipments, and (SRG), Richmond VA Depot Shipments, with Inspection and Acceptance, Destination, QAP 251. The Solicitation will contain EPA Provision and does not contain Progress Payment. Quantity Variance Plus 5%, Minus 5%, Delivery Schedule is 45 Days for First Delivery Order, 30 Days for DLA Stock Shipments, and (4-7) Days ARO for DVDs. New Delivery Requirements for DVDS (UMMIPS) DVDs with Priorities 1-3 in Four (4) Days and all Others in (7) Seven days for Commercial Items. Solicitation is Unrestricted and Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This Solicitation will Issue on June 15, 2003 with a closing date of July 27, 2003.
