Description
NA The Department of Transportation, Federal Aviation Administration Academy (= FAAA) Training Team (AMA-260) has a requirement for Boeing 747-400 Initial,= Recurrent, and Supplemental Out-of-Agency Pilot Qualification Training. T= he FAA anticipates award of an Indefinite Delivery/Requirements contract wi= th firm-fixed-pricing for the base year and two (2) one-year options. The = estimated annual requirement is 2 initials, and 2 recurrents with supplemen= tal training on an =E2=80=9Cas needed=E2=80=9D basis. All interested sources should first attempt to download the Screening Infor= mation Request (SIR), Request for Offer (RFO) from the Internet. If downlo= ading is not possible your request for SIR copies should be submitted in wr= iting either via facsimile (405) 954-3030 or by e-mail Avis.Franklin@faa.go= v. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered by = the Agency. All requests should be submitted to the attention of Avis Fran= klin, and reference SIR: DTFA-02-03-R-11175. This notice is for informational purposes for Minority, Women-Owned and Dis= advantaged Business Enterprises:=20 =09DOT, Office of Small and Disadvantage Business Utilization (SADBU), has = a program to assist small businesses, small businesses owned and controlled= by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals, and women-owned co= ncerns to acquire short-term working capital assistance for transportation = related contracts. Loans are available under the DOT Short Term Lending Pr= ogram (STLP) at prime interest rates to provide accounts receivable financi= ng. The maximum line of credit is $500,000.
