Description

This pre-solicitation notice is for information purposes only. The MILSATCOM Joint Program Office requires continued systems engineering support for the Advanced Extremely High Frequency (AEHF) Program. This support includes AEHF training, International Partner coordination, cryptographic key management and security changes, evaluating requirements changes, verification and system test support, cryptographic key management for test assets and coordination of the test program. This support is an ongoing requirement through 30 Sep 03. Prior in-depth knowledge of and expertise with the AEHF program and a minimum Government security clearance of Secret are mandatory. It is the Government's intent to increase the estimated value of the current contract under the authority of FAR Subpart 6.302-1 by approximately $500,000 to ensure continued support through 30 Sep 03. Titan Systems, Communications & Software Solutions Division, 6701 Center Drive West, Suite 425, Los Angeles, CA, 90045 is the incumbent contractor providing systems engineering support to the AEHF program. Interested sources may submit a written Statement of Capability (SOC) demonstrating their ability to meet the requirement for continuing AEHF Program support by 16 Jun 03. The SOC shall not exceed 10 pages and shall contain sufficient information to demonstrate that the offeror is technically qualified.
