Description

Project No. Y-02-853. This is an Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) type contract for an annually requiring requirement to provide maintenance, repair and alteration work of paving and fencing in Hiroshima area, including Akizuki Ammunition Depot, Hiro Ammunition Depot, Kawakami Ammunition Depot, Kure Pier 6 and Ondo Family Housing Area, Japan. Performance Period: 365 calendar days with two (2) option periods. Performance Bond is required for this project. Site Orientation is scheduled for 13 Jun 03, 1000 hrs. Participants will meet at Kure Pier 6, Kure-shi, Hiroshima, Japan. All offerors are encouraged to participate this site orientation. (Advance notice to POC below is required.) ***NOTE: THIS SOLICITATION IS INTENDED ONLY FOR LOCAL SOURCES IN ACCORDANCE WITH FEDERAL ACQUISITION REGULATION 5.202(A)(12). LOCAL SOURCES ARE THOSE SOURCES NORMALLY RESIDENT, LICENSED AND REGISTERED TO CONDUCT CONSTRUCTION BUSINESS IN JAPAN. OFFERS FROM NON-LOCAL SOURCES WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED UNDER THIS SOLICITATION.***
