Description
NA Wiesbaden Contracting Center is seeking sources for a firm fixed price service contract for 2 Research Analysts/Linguists who posess at a minimum Category II, US Citizen, SECRET Clearance. One of the linguists shall be a US Bar Certified Attorney, with a minimum of 2 years experience in Bosnian Law, specifically in Criminal and/or International law. The second employee must have accomplished advanced studies in the area of political science, international relations or Balkan history. Both employees must p osess skills in translation and interpreting (including reading, writing and speaking) Bosnian into American English and American English into Bosnian. Both employees must be computer literate and have a working knowledge of the following computer systems, programs and office tools: Desktop and laptop PCs, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Windows NT/2000 & Office 97/2000 to include OUTLOOK, Laser/Inkjet printers & Facsimile machines and copiers. Both employees shall be familiar with local political, ec onomic, cultural and criminal environments in BiH and other countries in support of the Area of Operation. Employees must be able to obtain current visas, passports and all other appropriate documents required to travel to other countries within the BALKAN S Area of Operations. Both employees must also posses a valid Bosnian, European or International driver's license and the ability to navigate in and around the designated AOR. The period of performance will be for a 12 month period with 4 option periods of 12 months each.
