RFQ, drawings and specs will be available at http://ideasec.nbc.gov on or about June 23, 2003. THIS IS A CHANGE FROM FIRST SYNOPSIS. This is a commercial items, fixed price supply contract. Staybolts are to be fabricated as per drawings and specs. The staybolts will be used in a steam locomotive boiler. Hot rolled steel carbon bars, ASME SA 675-98 GR 50. Material certification is required. Payment to be lump sum 30 days after receipt of invoice. This is a Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS code for this procurement is 332722. Small Business size standard is 500 employees or less.
