- NOTE: THIS NOTICE REPLACES THE ONE POSTED ON MARCH 28, 2003 FOR THE SAME REQUIREMENT. REQUIREMENT: The U.S. Government is seeking to lease 10,500 rentable square feet yielding between 8,840 and 9,300 usable square feet of contiguous office and related space in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Contiguous (same floor) space is preferred. Space must be located in a prime commercial office district with attractive, prestigious surroundings with a prevalence of modern tasteful design, in modern use or new construction. Parking for 39 vehicles must be available on site with a preference for reserved parking. LOCATION: The U.S. Government will be evaluating offers from the following delineated area: NORTH: North Avenue West, SOUTH: I-94, EAST: 6th Street South to McKinley Avenue, west to 27th Street, south to I-94, WEST: Hawley Road North to State Street, west to 59th Street. REQUIRED: All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. Space must be ready for occupancy in the Fall of 2004. The following list contains, but is not limited to, space performance specifications for this lease procurement: 1) Location must not be in close proximity to a residential area and schooling facilities; 2) Two (2) separate and mutually exclusive access points onto major thoroughfares.
