Description

SIC Code Z111 - The General Services Administration is soliciting proposals to perform exterior cleaning to the Dr. A. H. McCoy Federal Building located at 100 West Capitol, Jackson, MS. Solicitation GS-04P-03-RCM-0044. The point of contact is James Wheeler, Planner Estimator, Memphis Service Center (4PM-TM), 901-544-3675 ext. 18. The purpose of the project is to remove all biological growth; i.e., algae, lichen and fungi as well as pollutants and drip tracings. The estimated cost range is between $25,000 and $100,000.
