Description: Purpose of this project is to do two preliminary project analysis. One evaluation will be for the Gunnison Office & Warehouse to assess the possibility of relocating the multi-agency office & warehouse to a new location. Project is located in Gunnison, Gunnison County, Colorado. A second analysis will be for the fleet,labe, office, storage, & shop needs for the Supervisor's Office in Delta, Delta County, Colorado. Contract time is 90 calendar days. Set aside for small business. See Numbered Note No. 1.
