- The Air Armament Center (AAC), Eglin AFB, FL intends to award a Sole Source Firm-Fixed Price contract to Wind River Systems, 500 Wind River Way, Alameda, CA 94501, Tel: 510-749-2675. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The announcement number is F43TSP31350100. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 541511, with a small business standard size of $21,000,000.00. The requirement is for maintenance and support for VxWorks Real-Time Operating System to support an in-house Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) project design to merge with other existing softwares VME, RACE++, and PMC high speed busses. PN: 170-12710-8C; CLIN 0003-Software, Ver 5.5 VxWorks for Power PC 7410, MPC74xx, VXWorks OEM License, includes one board support package and BSP Developers Kit. PN: 170-D7330-NN; CLIN 0004-Support and maintenance, Annual for VxWorks Software Version 5.5. PN: 530-95535; CLIN 0005-Software, Tornado Ver 2.2 for Power PC, includes the RTI tools, standard with RTV WIN/Power PC Node locked, includes Core Tornado tools, code, Tornado documentation, Windview, and Real-Time Visualization. PN: 170-D6854-NN. Deliverables will be delivered FOB Destination at Eglin AFB Florida, 3-5 days after award of contract.
