Contracting Officer: Barbara Walker, 804-279-2428. Issue Date: June 16, 2003, Closing Date: July 17, 2003. Subject item is non-commercial. The requested delivery schedule cited in the RFP is FOB Origin, Inspection/Acceptance at Origin, 305 DARO. A Technical Data Package is not available for this NSN and requestors should not submit TDP requests to DSCR-VABA. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
