Description

The project is for (a) Road 44 ? reconstruct one sag curve w/ coarse aggregate draindip, and (b) Road 4465 ? reconstruct 4 sag curves w/ coarse aggregate drain dips. Work includes excavation, placement of geotextile fabric, providing a crushed aggregate subbase and surface coarse and laying riprap. The following materials are Contractor furnished: Approximately 278 SM of geotextile fabrics, 84 CM of crushed aggregate subbase, 30 CM of crushed aggregate surfacing, 1 CM of Placed class 2 riprap and 2 SM of Hand-placed riprap. The project is located on the Chiloquin Ranger District, Winema National Forest, approximately 40 miles east and north of Chiloquin, OR. Access to the project areas is via Forest Service Road 46.The project is estimated to be less than $25,000. Expected issue date is June 17, 2003.
