Description

The Government wishes to purchase personal name tags for the service dress uniform. The NAICS Code that applies to this acquisition is 315999. This solicitation is a 100% set-aside for very small business concerns, headquartered in the New Orleans LA small-business district. (Definition: In accordance with FAR Part 19.904, offeror may not have more than 15 employees and may not have an average annual receipt that exceeds $1 million) Offerors must identify themselves as being a very small business. If there is no offer received from a very small business concern, this acquisition is then set-aside 100% for a small business. If there is no offer received from a small business concern, the set-aside for small business may dissolved and the acquisition open to all responsive bidders. Note: This acquisition will not be reposted to EPS if set-aside is dissolved for (1) 100% small business consideration or (2) full and open competition. You will not be eligible to receive an award if you are not in the Central Contractor Registration database. (Reference: DFARS 252.204-7004, Required central contractor registration) In order to submit an offer, return the request for quote sheet to the 2nd Contracting Squadron, 841 Fairchild Ave, Ste 205, Barksdale AFB LA 71110-2271 no later than close of business June 16, 2003.
